【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、引出形遮断器、引出形計器用変圧器、引出形避雷器などの引出形電気機器を収納する収納枠に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図4は従来のスイッチギヤの構成を模式的に示す縦断面図、図5は図4のV−V矢視断面図である。
図4および図5において、スイッチギヤ1は、遮断器20や母線21などの電気機器がハウジング2内の所定の位置に収納され、各電気機器が電気導体により接続されて構成されている。
ハウジング2は、それぞれ金属板で作製された床板2a、前面扉2b、一対の側面板2c、後面板2dおよび天井板2eにより箱形に構成されている。また、コ字状あるいはL字状に曲げ成形された鋼板製の縦柱3が、床板2aの両側縁部の所定位置に、溶接等により固定されて立設されている。ここでは、縦柱3は、奥行き方向(図4および図5の左右方向)の両端部の2箇所および奥行き方向の中間部の2箇所に、幅方向(図4の紙面に垂直な方向、図5の上下方向)に相対して配設されている。そして、前面扉2b、側面板2c、後面板2dおよび天井板2eが、縦柱3にボルトやリベットなどにより締着固定されて一体化されている。このハウジング2の内部空間は、後述する隔壁部材により、母線コンパートメント10、遮断器コンパートメント11、ケーブルコンパートメント12および制御コンパートメント13などに区画されている。

遮断器収納箱5は、金属板をコ字状に折り曲げ成形した側面板5bおよび天井板5cの一体物に、金属板からなる底板5aおよび後面板5dを溶接により固定して前面を開口とする箱状に作製されている。そして、側面板5bおよび天井板5cの一体物の前面側が内方に直角に折り曲げられて遮断器20の出し入れ口を構成している。また、底板5aの幅方向の両側をコ字状に曲げ成形してレール5eが設けられている。さらに、一対の接続端子22が電気的に絶縁されて後面板5dを貫通して配設されている。そして、遮断器収納箱5が開口をハウジング2の前面側に向けて上下2段のL型アングル4の対上にそれぞれ設置され、ボルトやリベットなどにより底板5aを各L型アングル4に締着固定されている。

また、母線21がハウジング2の母線コンパートメント10内を幅方向に貫いて配設されている。各遮断器収納箱5の後面に設けられた一対の接続端子22の一方が碍子23aに絶縁支持された電源側分岐導体24を介して母線21に接続されている。

また、ケーブルコンパートメント12においては、接続端子22の他方が負荷側分岐導体25の一端に接続され、負荷側分岐導体25の他端がケーブル26に接続されている。これらの負荷側分岐導体25は碍子23b、23c、23dにより絶縁支持されている。さらに、各負荷側分岐導体25は計測器用変流器27を貫通している。
また、制御コンパートメント13においては、図示されていないが、電流計などの計器が前面扉2bに配設されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のスイッチギヤは、以上のように、引出形の遮断器20が遮断器収納箱5に収納されてハウジング2内に収納されている。そして、遮断器収納箱5は、ハウジング2の床板2aに立設された2本づつの縦柱3に両端を固定された一対のL型アングル4に載せられ、その底面を各L型アングル4に固定され、さらに奥行き方向の前後、かつ、幅方向の両側をそれぞれカバー7を介して縦柱3に固定されて、取り付けられている。
そこで、遮断器収納箱5を取り付けるために必要となる、L型アングル4およびカバー7からなる支持部材、および、ボルトやリベットなどの締結部材の部品点数が多くなってしまい、遮断器収納箱5の取付に時間がかかり、スイッチギヤの組立性が低下してしまうとともに、部品点数の増加に伴いコスト増となってしまうという課題があった。
また、遮断器収納箱5はその底面、前面および後面で支持部材に固定されているので、締結方向が各固定部位で異なり、締結作業性が低下し、遮断器収納箱5の取付に時間がかかってしまうことになる。

この発明は、上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、支持部材に片持ち支持させるようにし、支持部材および締結部材の部品点数の削減を図り、取付時間の短縮化および低コスト化を図ることができる引出形電気機器の収納枠を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明に係る引出形電気機器の収納枠は、それぞれ後面側をL字状に折り曲げて成形された折り曲げ辺および該折り曲げ辺に穿設された固定穴を有する一対の側面板と底板とからコ字状に成形されて、引出形電気機器の収納空間を構成する鋼板製の収納枠体と、それぞれ両端を上記一対の側面板の後面側に固定されて、上下に並んで上記一対の側面板の後面側間に架設された一対の支持具とを備え、締結部材を上記固定穴に通して上記折り曲げ辺を支持部材に締着固定して該支持部材に片持ち支持状態に取り付けられるように構成され、接続端子が上記一対の支持具に取り付けられ、上記接続端子に接続される回路側の接続導体を挿通させる開口部が上記収納枠体の底板の後面側に形成されているものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図について説明する。
実施の形態1.
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る引出形電気機器の収納枠を示す斜視図、図2はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る引出形電気機器の収納枠をスイッチギヤのハウジング内に取り付けた状態を示す斜視図、図3はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る引出形電気機器の収納枠に引出形遮断器を収納した状態を示す斜視図である。なお、図2では、説明の便宜上、前面扉、側面板、後面板および天井板などが省略されている。

図1において、収納枠30は、底板31と、下部側を底板31の幅方向両側に固定された一対の側面板32と、両端を一対の側面板32の奥行き方向の後面側間に固定されて上下に平行に配設された一対の支持具33と、各支持具33に固定された接続端子34とを備えている。この接続端子34は、銅帯をL字状に折り曲げて成形され、全面にメッキが施されており、電源側および負荷側分岐導体(回路側の接続導体)が接続されるための穴34aが穿設されている。
