第1〜3図は本考案に係る排気マニホールドの
一実施例を示す図であり、第1図a〜dはその製
造方法を示す図、第2図はその排気マニホールド
をシリンダヘツドに装着した状態を示す平面図、
第3図はその排気マニホールドをシリンダヘツド
に装着した状態を示す側面図、第4,5図は従来
の排気マニホールドを示す図であり、第4図はそ
の第1の例の構成図、第5図はその第2の例の構
成図である。 1……直管、2……両端部、3……両端部、4
……中央部、6……排気導出口、7……中継分岐
管、11……集合管部、12,13……分岐管部

Claims (1)
- シリンダヘツドの複数の排気ポートに接続され
、排気を導入する複数の分岐管部と、該分岐管部
同士を接続して複数の排気ポートからの排気を集
合する集合管部と、を備えた排気マニホールドに
おいて、前記分岐管部のうち少なくとも二つは、
連続する1本の管路の両端を屈曲させ、その両端
開口を別々の排気ポートに接続して分岐管部にす
るとともに、該管路を排気を集合する集合管部と
し、さらに管路の途中に排気を導出する排気導出
口を形成するようにしたことを特縁とする排気マ
ニホールド。
