造方法を示す図、第２図はその排気マニホールド
をシリンダヘツドに装着した状態を示す平面図、
第３図はその排気マニホールドをシリンダヘツド
に装着した状態を示す側面図、第４，５図は従来
の排気マニホールドを示す図であり、第４図はそ
の第１の例の構成図、第５図はその第２の例の構
成図である。 １……直管、２……両端部、３……両端部、４
……中央部、６……排気導出口、７……中継分岐
管、１１……集合管部、１２，１３……分岐管部
、２２〜２４……マニホールドフランジ、２６…
…シリンダヘツド。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダヘツドの複数の排気ポートに接続され
    、排気を導入する複数の分岐管部と、該分岐管部
    同士を接続して複数の排気ポートからの排気を集
    合する集合管部と、を備えた排気マニホールドに
    おいて、前記分岐管部のうち少なくとも二つは、
    連続する１本の管路の両端を屈曲させ、その両端
    開口を別々の排気ポートに接続して分岐管部にす
    るとともに、該管路を排気を集合する集合管部と
    し、さらに管路の途中に排気を導出する排気導出
    口を形成するようにしたことを特縁とする排気マ
    ニホールド。
