本発明は、自動車電話装置等における送信系の電力増幅

第2図は、従来の自動車電話装置の送信系を示すブロッ
ク図である。第2図において、1はvCO等から構成さ
れる変調回路、2はBPF、3はBPF2を介した送信
出力の増幅を行なう電力増幅器、4は電力増幅器3の出
力側に設けられたアイソレータで、アンテナ6から侵入
した電波による送信相互変調を抑圧し、また、アンテナ
6の破損等による負荷変動から電力増幅器3の最終段ト
ランジスタを保護する。5はデュプレクサで、送信波の
アンテナ6への送出及びアンテナ6からの受信波を受信

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
上記構成によれば、電力増幅器3とアイソレータ4は別

等が必要となり、装置の小型化、ひいては低コスト化が
図れないという問題点があった。また、電力増幅器3と
アイソレータ4とは別モジュールであるため調整も単独
で行なわれ、電力増幅器3の出力特性、アイソレータの
挿入損失、接続損失の改善が困難であるという問題点が

れ、しかも、基板が1枚に削減できるため低コスト化が
