【考案の詳細な説明】
(技術分野)
本考案は、自動2輪車のエキゾーストマフラー
のテール部のような狭い部分に耐熱塗料等を自動

得ないばかりでなく、タレによる塗料の消費が嵩
んだり均一な塗装が行なえないといつた問題があ
るほか、仮にライン塗装を行なつたとしてもコン
ベアの動作如何によつては限られた面に正確に塗
膜を形成することができないといつた虞れがあ

すものであつて、図中符号1は、ワーク搬送装置
2の一側に設けた基台で、その上面には、塗装ガ

ワークWの搬送方向に移動可能に保持するための
ガイドレール6が設けられ、また、ここには、コ
ンベア治具7の停止位置に合わせて上記した摺動
プレート5をワークWの搬送方向に移動させるた
めのリンク機構、つまり、枢支点8a,9aを中
心として互いに可回動的に基台1上に枢支された
同一長さのタイミングレバー8及び連動レバー9
の各一端を連接するとともに、タイミングレバー
8の他端をコンベア治具7の一部に設けた確認ド
ツク10の移動領域内に突出させ、連動レバー9
の他端を上記した摺動プレート5に連接させたリ
ンク機構が取付けられており、さらに、上記した
ガイドレール6の近傍には、摺動プレート5上の
LSドツク11によつて塗装動作を行なわしめる
べく応動するリミツトスイツチ12が取付けられ
