Claims (1)
互いに向き合つた可動側板及び固定側板を有し、
前記側板の各々には、取り扱う基板の種類に応じ
て選択した作動モードに従つて、基板を支持し、
基板を一枚ずつ分離するように作動する上受け爪
部材及び下受け爪部材の組が突出したり引つ込ん
だりする複数の開口部が水平方向に整列して設け
られ、前記受け爪部材は、少なくともその水平方
向移動行程と同じ長さを有する爪部分をその先端
に有し、前記受け爪部材の組の各々は、前記上受
け爪部材の爪部分と前記下受け爪部材の爪部分と
を隣接させて垂直方向に重ねられ、前記固定側板
には分離すべき基板の一方の側部が分離工程中に
入り込む長さ方向溝部分が上受け爪部材の位置に
設けられ、前記可動側板には分離すべき基板の他
方の側部が分離工程中に入り込む長さ方向溝部分
が下受け爪部材の位置に設けられ、固定側板の受
け爪部材の組の垂直方向高さは可動側板の受け爪
部材の組よりも爪部分一つ分の厚さだけ上方にあ
り、前記側板間に装填した基板を前記選択した作
動モードに従つて分離する際にその作動モードに
応じた上限位置にあり、分離した基板がリフト上
皿上に載せられた後下降して送出装置に基板を載
せる基板リフト装置を有することを特徴とするプ
