A load rolling surface 4, a rolling element 10, and a track rail 8, on which the rolling elements 10 roll while loading the cart, are formed on the sliding table 1.
Lubricating oil is constantly supplied between the rolling grooves 9 to ensure smooth single-seize movement.

。。In particular, regarding the sliding table 1, it is necessary to install a rolling element retainer 11, a side cover 12, etc. to prevent the rolling elements 10 from falling off when the sliding table 1 is separated from the track rail 8. Moreover, since it is necessary to form circulation grooves, circulation holes 5, etc. for infinite movement of the rolling element 10, broach machining, screw machining, etc. are required, and the accuracy of these machinings depends on the linear guide of the movable body. In order to have a significant effect on the lees, it is formed by processing hardenable steel, and the surface treatment of the formed product is not limited to 1. The current situation is to prevent rust on the surface. .

However, rust does not often occur on the front and sides of the exercise stand where such lubricating oil is not supplied, and this rust can cause contamination inside the mechanical equipment. In addition, when product bearings are released (1), they must be coated with anti-rust oil and then wrapped in oiled paper impregnated with anti-rust oil, making packaging for shipping extremely troublesome. The second invention is a bearing sliding table provided with a bearing sliding table, and the second invention is a hardenable steel material with rough machining such as its outer shape, machining (1), 4 quasi-shape, etc., load rolling surface, A bearing block body is formed by blowing the circulation grooves or circulation holes for unloaded rolling element circulation, mounting holes, etc., and threading the necessary mounting holes. Then, this bearing block body is hardened, and the above-mentioned mounting brackets are formed. Before the grinding of the reference surface and/or load rolling surface, or after this grinding, black plating is applied to at least all surfaces other than the outer mounting reference surface and/or the load rolling surface. This is a tW-inclusive method for bearing slides in which a plating layer is formed on the bearing.

ベアリング用摺動台。[Scope of Claims] (1) A bearing characterized in that a plating layer formed by black chrome plating is provided on at least all surfaces other than the outer mounting reference surface and/or the load rolling surface. Sliding table for use. (2) For a bearing according to claim 1, which has a mounting reference surface and/or a load rolling surface without a plating layer, which is obtained by forming a plating layer on the entire outer surface by black chrome plating and then grinding it. Sliding table. (3) After grinding the mounting reference surface and/or the load rolling surface, the mounting reference surface and/or the load rolling surface are subjected to black chrome plating treatment, and a plating layer is formed on the entire outer surface including the mounting reference surface and/or the load rolling surface. Sliding platform for bearings as described in section. (4) Rough machining of the outer shape and mounting reference surface of hardenable steel materials, broaching of loaded raceway surfaces, circulation grooves or holes for unloaded rolling element circulation, mounting holes, etc., and necessary mounting holes. A bearing block body is formed by threading the bearing block body, and then this bearing block body is hardened and subjected to black chrome plating treatment prior to or after the grinding process of the mounting reference surface and/or load rolling surface. A method for manufacturing a bearing slide, comprising: forming a plating layer on all surfaces except at least the outer mounting reference surface and/or the load rolling surface. (5) The sliding base for a bearing according to claim 1, wherein the mounting reference surface and/or the load rolling surface are ground after forming a plating layer by black chrome plating. (6) The bearing sliding table according to claim 1, wherein the mounting reference surface and/or the load rolling surface are subjected to black chrome plating after grinding.
