な切り込みを形成し、該切り込みは、前記円筒状
部材Aに挿入される他方の円筒状部材Bの該円筒
状部材A内にある端部よりも深い位置まで延びて
おり、該円筒状部材Bの前記円筒状部材Aに挿入
される側の端部は閉じられ、さらにスリツトを該
円筒状部材Bの軸心方向に平行に、且つ前記円筒
状部材Aに挿入される部分内に設け、この二つの
円筒状部材A,Bを互いに回転可能に装着し、ハ
ウジング内に設けるとともに、前記液体が前記円
筒状部材A内に導入された後、該円筒状部材Aに
設けられた切り込みで前記円筒状部材Bの該円筒
状部材A内にある端部よりも深い位置にある部分
の切り込みを通つて、前記ハウジング内に流出し
、さらに前記円筒状部材Aの切り込みと前記スリ
ツトの重なつた部分の開口部を通つて、前記円筒
状部材B内に流出する流路を形成し、円筒状部材
A又はBを回転することによつて流量を変動させ
