直角に交差するようにボール弁に形成したスロット中に
挿入される舌状制限板を、前記スピンドルの内端部に一
体に形成し、母材の筒状部に長さ方向に移動可能に収容
した前記スピンドルに、スピンドルの回動範囲を制限す
る廻止めをはめ、前記筒状部に回転可能に支持した手動
リングにより前記スピンドルを長さ方向に移動できるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする流量調整可能なボール弁型止
