【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は医療器具や医療補助品を包装状態にお
いてガス滅菌して、その滅菌状態を長時間保持で
きる包装袋の改良に関する。

従来、滅菌用包装袋として袋体の封止縁に紙管
のごとき通気性部材を挟みこんで接着し、紙管の
両端開口部から滅菌ガスの侵入を図つたものが知
られているが、滅菌ガスの侵入通路が小さく完全
滅菌に時間を要する欠点があつた。

本出願人はさきに上記の欠点を解消するものと
して、袋の開口縁に接近して、ガス透過性と細菌
不透過性を有する二つ折りの紙テープを、その折
目を袋内方に向けて袋内面に挟着せしめて減菌ガ
ス透過通路を大とした減菌包装袋の考案を提出し
た。(実公昭61−7161号公報参照) 上記の先願考案においては、二つ折りの紙テー
プの両面を袋内面に対して長手方向に細巾状に接
着するとともに、袋開口縁の袋内面を局部的に接
着することによつて、ガス減菌処理並びにその後
の真空脱気処理を良好に行い得るようにしたもの
であるが、紙テープと袋内面との接着強度が不充
分で、袋内に収容した物品の移動による接着縁部
の拡張作用によつて、接着破壊を生ずる危険性が
あつた。

巾でその長手方向に紙テープ両面を袋内面に熱接
着した細巾接着部及び該細巾接着部の長手方向を
区分して部分的に紙テープをまたいで袋の対向す
る不透気フイルムをも熱接着した広巾接着部を設
けたことを特徴とする減菌包装袋を要旨とするも
のである。

透過性を有する二つ折の紙テープであり、その折
目が袋内方にあつて外方へ開いた状態になつてい
る。4は紙テープ3の両側外面のテープ巾より狭
くほぼその中央長手方向に設けられた袋体両内面
に熱接着された細巾接着部であり、5は該細巾接
着部4の長手方向を区分するように所定間隔を置
いて設けられた紙テープ3の巾より大なる熱接着
による広巾接着部で、紙テープ3をまたいで両側
の対向する袋の不透気性フイルム1が接着されて
いる。

分に維持され、内容物の重量が大きな場合でも不
透気性フイルム1と紙テープ3の細巾接着部4で
の破袋は防止できる。

用時まで保存するか、その保存が長期の場合に
は、図示のように開口縁2を熱接着して密封縁2
aとすれば、永く無菌状態を維持することができ
る。
