Claims (1)
- 車両速度と車両駆動用機関の回転速度との少な
くとも一方を検出する運転状態検出手段と、車両
用変速機のシフト段を検出するシフト段検出手段
と、第１設定車両速度と第１設定回転速度との少
なくとも一方を設定する第１運転条件設定手段と
、前記第１設定車両速度より小さな第２設定車両
速度と前記第１設定回転速度より小さな第２設定
回転速度との少なくとも一方を設定する第２運転
条件設定手段と、検出されたシフト段が後退段の
ときには前記第２運転条件設定手段の設定値を選
択し、それ以外のシフト段のときには前記第１運
転条件設定手段の設定値を選択する選択手段と、
選択された設定値と検出された検出値とを比較す
る比較手段と、検出された車両速度が前記選択さ
れた設定車両速度以上になつたときと、検出され
た回転速度が設定回転速度以上になつたときと、
の少なくとも一方が生じたときに、燃料供給手段
の燃料供給動作を停止させる駆動制御手段と、を
備えたことを特徴とする車両の走行安全装置。
