Claims (1)
- 空燃比を所定空燃比に制御する空燃比制御手段
を備えるとともに、機関運転条件に応じて高圧縮
比と低圧縮比との切り換えが行われる圧縮比可変
機構を備えてなる可変圧縮比型内燃機関において
、機関の燃焼圧力を検出する圧力センサと、上記
燃焼圧力の変化から燃焼速度を検出する燃焼速度
検出手段と、機関運転条件に応じて燃焼速度の基
準値を設定する基準値設定手段と、この基準値と
実際の燃焼速度とを比較して圧縮比の異常を判定
する異常判定手段とを備えたことを特徴とする可
変圧縮比型内燃機関の故障検出装置。
