Claims (1)
- 樹脂製品に、リンホース用の角パイプを埋設固
定するにあたり、該角パイプの上面部に、その長
手方向に長径を有する長孔を設けるとともに、該
角パイプの下面部に、該長孔の下方に位置しこの
長孔より小型状の長孔を設けるものに対し、適用
するブロー成形の上型と下型であつて、該上型に
は、該角パイプの上面部の長孔に挿通して該下面
部の長孔のまわりの内面に当接するピン部を突設
して、その下底に凹部を設け、該凹部の形状を、
ブロー成形に際して、該下型と該角パイプとの間
を満して該下面部の長孔を通り該凹部に侵入した
樹脂材が、該長孔の短径側の縁部に係止成形する
凸部となるように形成するとともに、該凸部の該
角パイプ長手方向の幅が、該下面部の長孔の長径
より短小となるように形成したことを特徴とする
リンホースを固定するブロー成形型。
