Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 気流により粉塵を吸入する吸入管を有する集塵
    装置において、前記吸入管の入口先端部内に液体
    を霧状に噴出する噴出部材と、吸入された気液混
    合物を気体と液体とに分離する気液分離器と、分
    離された液体を過する過器と、過された液
    体を前記噴出部材に供給する液体供給管と、前記
    気液分離器によつて分離された気体中に含まれる
    ミストを分離するミスト分離器とを設けたことを
    特徴とする集塵装置。
