Claims (1)
- 気流により粉塵を吸入する吸入管を有する集塵
装置において、前記吸入管の入口先端部内に液体
を霧状に噴出する噴出部材を設け、この噴出部材
に流量調節弁を接続したことを特徴とする集塵装
置。
