    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却流体で冷却可能で、原料ガスを流入しオゾ
    ンを含んだ生成ガスを流出する電極を内部に有し
    、冷却流体と原料ガスと生成ガスの供給口及び排
    出口を同一面上に設けた少なくとも1つのオゾン
    発生ユニツトと、このオゾン発生ユニツトに流入
    出する冷却流体と原料ガスと生成ガスを供給及び
    排出する着脱自在な継手を、オゾン発生ユニツト
    毎に対応する群に分けて同一面上に設けたマニホ
    ールドとを具備したことを特徴とするオゾン発生
    装置。
