Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the scattering of water to the circumference by connecting an exhaust cylinder to a cylindrical body enclosing both a rotary crushing edge driven by a motor and a water-jet nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A rotary crushing edge 2 is fixed to the inside wall of a cylindrical body 4, and a water-jet nozzle 3 for jetting high-pressure water through a hose 7 is provided in the vicinity of the center of the edge 2. The cylindrical body 4 is driven by a motor 1 being driven at a high speed rotating speed via a belt 5 wound around a fixed pulley 6, and an exhaust cylinder 9 is connected to the lower end of the cylindrical body 4. The paint film separated by both the water jetted from the nozzle 3 and by the edge 2 is sucked and exhausted via the exhaust cylinder 9. Thus, both the worker and the circumference thereof are not contaminated at all, and the removal of the paint film can be easily enabled.

In addition, the conventional method for removing paint films is to remove the paint film using a metal spatula, etc., but in high places such as ceilings and walls, it is necessary to set up scaffolding, and the paint film is removed. Since it is necessary to completely remove the material without leaving any residue, there are problems in that it is very hard work and the work efficiency is very low.

In this embodiment, the rotary crushing blades 21, 22 and 23 are fixed to the inner wall of the cylindrical body 4, and are driven and rotated at high speed by the motor 1 via a belt 5 hooked on a pulley 6 fixed to the cylindrical body 4. . High-pressure water is supplied to the water injection nozzle 3 from an external high-pressure water pump (not shown) via a hose 7 connected to the water injection nozzle 3. Spray some water.

At this time, when the nozzle 3 and the rotary crushing blade 2 are brought close to the ceiling of the building, most of the paint on the ceiling is peeled off by the high-pressure water jet 8. The coating film remaining without being peeled off is sufficiently crushed and peeled off by the crushing force caused by the contact of the rotary crushing blade 2. The cylindrical body 4 has its lower end connected to the exhaust pipe 9, and the exhaust cylinder 9
A flexible hose 10 is connected to the lower end, and is strongly suctioned and exhausted by a vacuum pump (not shown), so that the coating film crushed by the jet water 8 and the rotary crushing blade 2 is removed from the surrounding air as shown by the arrow X. All of the asbestos is sucked into the cylindrical body 4 by the flow, and collected in a dust collector (not shown) through the exhaust pipe 9 and flexible hose 10, so that paint film fragments containing asbestos, moisture, etc. flow out. No fear arises.

The main parts of the apparatus of the present invention have been described above, but in a more preferred embodiment, casters 11 are attached as shown in the first figure in order to improve the movement and workability of the apparatus. For example, the casters 11 make it easy to move the device, and if the height of the ceiling changes, the handle 12 provided on the casters 11 can be rotated to move the water jet device of the present invention up and down as shown by arrow Y. In addition, when this device is used on a side wall surface, it is sufficient to loosen the handle 13, rotate the water jet device as shown by the arrow Z (two-dot broken line image), and perform the same treatment as above. Of course, if the water jet device of the present invention is small-sized, such casters 11 are not necessary, and it can be made into a handy type.

Further, it is preferable that the rotary crushing blade 2 has a sharp tip so that the coating film can be peeled off well. Of course, it does not necessarily have to be sharp; for example, when removing a paint film from a relatively soft surface such as a wood surface, it is natural that a soft object such as a wire brush may be used to avoid damaging the surface. . Further, although the rotary crushing blade 2 is composed of three blades 21, 22 and 23 in the illustrated example, it is not necessary to have three blades, and it may be one, two, or more blades, and is not particularly limited.

When the rotary crushing blade 2 is fixed to the cylindrical body 4, it is preferable that the cylindrical body 4 is made of metal.
In the example shown in the second figure, since it is not necessary to fix the rotary crushing blade 2 to the cylindrical body 4, it may be made of plastic such as hard vinyl chloride resin. The diameter of this cylindrical body 4 changes depending on the size of the rotary crushing blade 2, and is generally a size that matches the rotational diameter of the rotary crushing blade 2, for example, a diameter of about 5 cm to 50 cm. Further, although not shown, the cylindrical body 4 may have a funnel shape with an enlarged upper part, and the shape of the rotary crushing blade 2 may be adapted to that shape. Of course, the cylindrical body 4 only needs to have a cylindrical shape in the region where the crushing blade 2 rotates, and the lower part thereof may have another shape.

The example in FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the main part of another embodiment. In this example, the rotary crushing blade 2 is not fixed to the cylindrical body 4 but is fixed to the rotating shaft 14 surrounding the water injection nozzle 3. Rotating axis 1
Motor 1 is connected by pulley 6 and belt 5 provided at the end of motor 4.
It can be rotated by. This example operates in the same manner as in FIGS. 1 and 2 above, except for the points mentioned above.
