Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A cassette case having a slidable shutter and a shutter lock member that limits sliding when the shutter is fully closed, and a media disk rotatably supported within the cassette case via a hub portion. a magnetic disk cassette consisting of a magnetic disk cassette, a loading chamber provided in the drive case into which the magnetic disk cassette is loaded, a magnetic head provided in the loading chamber for recording on the media disc, and a magnetic head to the loading chamber. A magnetic recording device comprising: a magnetic disc drive having a motor for rotationally driving the media disc when loading the disc cassette; A shutter opening/closing member that cooperates with a shutter sliding member formed in the loading chamber to slide the shutter toward the opening side; and a shutter opening/closing member that cooperates with a lock opening/closing member formed in the loading chamber prior to sliding the shutter to slide the shutter.
