の良いプラスチックシートやフィルム又は離型紙又はテ

エンドレスで使いすて方式でも良い。離型体1の下方に
はシートベルトの如き丈夫な素材で保護を兼ねる下敷き
を載置する方が好都合である。離型体lは等速度で矢印
の方向に移動しているのであるが、途中コンマバーロー
ル2などで不飽和ポリエステル塗料3を一定量塗布する
。不飽和ポリエステル塗料3には予めUV増感剤、高温
分解型硬化剤及び促進剤が添加されておシ、紫外線、電
子線、赤外線などの照射4によって半ダル状態5に予備
硬化させる。半ダル状態とは塗料がゾルよシも若干硬く
て指紋、タックが残る程度にまで反応が進んだ状態を云

ール11で貼シ合せ、続いて熱プレスロール12で圧着

飽和ポリエステル塗料)に増感剤ベンゾイルエチルエー
ル(和光紬薬)0.5%と硬化剤・ぐ−ロイルMSP
(日本油脂)1幅を添加してグラスチックフィルム1上
に200μの厚さに塗布したものを80W高圧水銀ラン
ゾ下に12m/分のスピードで紫外線4を照射して半r
ル状の塗膜5を得、これに23117m2の薄葉紙6を
ロール7で押しつけて予備接着し、更に熱圧処理して不
飽和ポリエステル塗料を完全硬化させた後に、プラスチ
ックフィルム1を剥離させることによシ、ポリエステル

材とからなる接着剤10を塗布したラワン合板8とを重
ね合わせて、110℃X 2 kg/cm” X 60
秒の条件で熱プレスを行ってJAS (特殊加工合板)
