運動する運動体と、この運動体の往復運動によつ
て回転される出力軸とを備えたロータリアクチユ
エータにおいて、 前記運動体の運動路に付勢力により伸出するロ
ツクピストンを備え、前記運動体には基準位置で
前記ロツクピストンと係合する係合部が設けられ
、前記ロツクピストンは前記運動体を駆動する際
の流体圧によつて前記付勢力に抗して収縮して運
動体を解放することを特徴とするロータリアクチ
