Abstract

PURPOSE: To uniformly dye the surface of a fiber fabric without spoiling its hand feeling by spraying or coating a urethane-based coating on the surface of a fiber fabric and successively brushing the surface. CONSTITUTION: This method for coloring the surface of a fiber fabric is to spray or coat a urethane-based coating material onto the surface of a fiber fabric, successively brushing the surface to disperse the coating material into fine particles and bring gigging motion to be free, keep hand feeling inherent to the fabric and soft touch feeling to the skin and enable to dye the surface with solving unevenness of coating and hue. By this method, the surface color of the fiber fabric can be easily changed and is excellent in light resistant fastness and heat resistance. As the urethane-based coating material, it is preferable to use an acryl polyol as a main ingredient from the point of a soft finishing and hexamethylene diisocyanate, etc., to enhance fastness against friction.

On the other hand, surface coloring by spraying or applying paint is easy and low-cost and is often used for building materials, metal products, plastic parts, etc.; however, when this paint-based coloring method is applied to fabrics, one coloring There have been problems in that non-uniformity is noticeable and unevenness is often formed, and the surface is hardened, impairing the feel of the fabric. For this reason, there have been no cases in the past where fabrics have been colored by adhesion of paint.

[問題点と解決するための手段] 本発明は上記問題点を解決しようとするもので。[Problems and means to solve them] The present invention aims to solve the above problems.

After masking the rear part 5 and pasting a masking tape on the boundary line 3 with the front part 4, air spraying was applied to the surface of the fiber fabric of the front part 4 at a rate of 80 g/m2. Immediately before drying, the surface was thoroughly brushed with a roller brush to eliminate uneven local coating of the paint and accumulation of paint at the tip of the pile, thereby eliminating uneven coating and uneven color tone.

By spraying or applying the urethane paint in this way, paint droplets a adhere as if bridging the naps on the surface of the fiber fabric 2, as shown in FIG. As shown in Figure 3, by dispersing the paint droplets a into minute paint particles a' and releasing the bridge state between each nap, the free movement of each nap is not inhibited, and the original nature of the fabric is maintained. It maintains its texture and soft texture.
