ラー形ガスレーザ管において、前記真空外囲器の
一端に取り付けられているステム構体は粉末ガラ
ス焼結体からなり、中央のステム中管とこのステ
ム中管の一端に連通するフランジ部とで構成され
、フランジ部はステム中管の先端が真空外囲器内
へ突出し放電細管の先端部と被さるように屈曲あ
るいは傾斜させて設けられていることを特徴とす
