蔵し、ガスを密閉した外囲器の一端若しくは両端
が金属ステムによつて封じられている内部ミラー
形のガスレーザ管において、中央に貫通孔のある
円板状のフランジと、該フランジの一端面に垂直
に、ガラス管が貫通孔と内径を連結して一体に粉
末ガラス成形によりなる放電ルームガラス成形体
を有し、前記放電ルームガラス成形体の垂直ガラ
ス管部に前記放電細管が接続され、そのフランジ
部が外囲器に接続されていることを特徴とするガ
