温度を検知する温度検知素子５と、この温度検知
素子５と炊飯ヒーター３に接続し温度検知素子５
による検知温度により炊飯ヒーター３への通電制
御を行なう制御部８とを有する電気炊飯器におい
て、第一の炊飯完了温度Ｔ１を検知し炊飯完了し
た後の所定時間を計時する計時手段９を有すると
共に、前記計時手段９により計時される一定時間
△ｔ内に第一の炊飯完了温度Ｔ１より高い判定温
度Ｔ２を検知しない場合には、炊飯完了温度を第
一の炊飯完了温度Ｔ１より高く判定温度Ｔ２より
低い第二の炊飯完了温度Ｔ１１に設定しなおし、
再度上記炊飯ヒーター３へ通電する様な機能を前
記制御部８にもたせた事を特徴とする電気炊飯器
