Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気圧縮機に複数のゼオライト充填塔を接続し
    、これらゼオライト充填塔に上記空気圧縮機から
    高圧空気を送つて交互に吸着作用と脱着作用をさ
    せることにより連続的に高濃度酸素(酸素富化)
    の空気を得るものにおいて、上記空気圧縮機に対
    して各ゼオライト充填塔を並列に接続し、各ゼオ
    ライト充填塔の空気導入側に第1の絞り機構を設
    けるとともに空気導出側に二方弁および上記第1
    の絞り機構より絞り抵抗の大なる第2の絞り機構
    を並列に接続したことを特徴とする酸素富化装置
