- 内面が真空側となり、端面外周縁が円筒の軸に
対して傾斜して切り取られた円筒状セラミツクと
、該円筒状セラミツクの切り取り部の一部あるい
全部に形成した金属化層と、該金属化層にろう材
により気密接合され、前記セラミツクに面する端
面が軸に対して傾斜して切り取られた薄い金属封
入皿とを有する電子管用セラミツク封止構造。
