向するよう透過型光センサーの感知部7を配設す

が上澄水放流装置3の取出口5よりも下方であつ
て、かつ、上記ステム6aの直下から離れた位置
にあり、汚泥界面l2が光センサー感知部7の配
設位置よりも下方にあることを検知して上澄水放
流装置3を駆動させ、また、汚泥界面l2が光セ
ンサー感知部7の配設位置よりも上方にあること
