チヤンバー内にあつて被処理物を熱処理する処理

記処理室内に配設されたヒータと、前記処理室内

の給気孔と、前記処理室内からガスを排出する排
気孔とを備えた熱処理炉において、前記チヤンバ
ーを構成する部材の少なくとも底面と断熱材との
間に隙間を形成するためのスペーサを設け、前記
チヤンバーの底面に端子ノズルを設けて、熱分解
物質のドレン抜出し孔を有するヒータ端子を配設
せしめるとともに、前記ドレン抜出し孔より上部
位置に該ヒータ端子の電気絶縁部材を設けたこと
を特徴とする熱処理炉。 (2) 前記端子ノズル内壁に沿つて、前記絶縁部
材より上位の位置に、突起を設けたことを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の熱処理
