Claims (1)
- 取付板と、この取付板に固定され圧入部品を真
空吸引し保持するノズルと、このノズル内に移動
可能に設けられ前記圧入部品を押圧する部品圧入
ピンと、前記部品圧入ピンの上方に位置し前記取
付板に固定されたシリンダーと、このシリンダー
のロツドと前記押ピンとの間に介装され前記押ピ
ンを弾性的に押圧するスプリングと、前記シリン
ダーのストロークを調整するストローク調整手段
とよりなることを特徴とする部品圧入装置。
