るための信号を供給する送信部と、 前記他方の振動子に入力した超音波に基づいて
キヤビテーシヨンの発生を検出する受信部と、 前記駆動信号出力部から各振動子への駆動信号
供給を選択的にオンオフ制御するとともに駆動信
号供給の行われていないいずれかの振動子対の一
方の振動子へ前記送信部から信号を供給させ他方
の振動子に入力されたキヤビテーシヨン検出用超
音波を前記受信部へ送るように各振動子と送信部
・受信部との接続をオンオフ制御するスイツチン
グ部と、 受信部からのキヤビテーシヨン信号に基づいて
駆動信号出力部からの駆動信号の出力を制御する
