したとき開閉するように上記検出棒と前記補助基
台とに取り付けた１対の電気接点と、上記検出棒
が基台面または試料面から離隔あるいは接触して
接点が開放または接触したとき前記モータを停止
させる回路と、上記２種の停止位置の差をモータ
の回転数に基づいて検出する回路とを設けた熱機
