Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 水封式真空ポンプを備え、その常用封水とし
て、外気との熱交換により冷却される水源からの
供給水を用いる真空ポンプ装置において、前記真
空ポンプへの封水入口ラインに封水温度検出用の
温度検出器を設けるとともに、その温度検出器で
検出される封水温度が一定以下の場合に前記真空
ポンプに供給すべき封水温度を凍結防止可能な温
度まで高める封水加温手段を設けたことを特徴と
する真空ポンプ装置。 ２ 封水加温手段は封水入口ラインに接続した温
水供給用の温水ラインと、真空ポンプへの給水を
封水入口ラインと温水ラインとの間で切換える弁
装置とを備えたものである実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の真空ポンプ装置。 ３ 封水温度制御手段は封水入口ラインに設けた
熱交換器である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の真空ポンプ装置。
