第１図及び第２図は本考案の一実施例を示すも
ので、第１図は面取り加工時の状態で示す縦断面
図、第２図は縁切り加工前の状態で示す縦断面図
であり、第３図はパン製造機の容器の縦断面図、
第４図はその基台の拡大斜視図、第５図は第４図
の―線に沿う部分拡大断面図である。 図中、１３はポンチ、１４は取付脚（製品）、
１８はフランジ、１８ａは係合片、１９はダイス
、１９ａはダイス穴、２３は面押しポンチ（面押
しポンチ部）、２３ａは斜面である。
ので、第１図は面取り加工時の状態で示す縦断面
図、第２図は縁切り加工前の状態で示す縦断面図
であり、第３図はパン製造機の容器の縦断面図、
第４図はその基台の拡大斜視図、第５図は第４図
の―線に沿う部分拡大断面図である。 図中、１３はポンチ、１４は取付脚（製品）、
１８はフランジ、１８ａは係合片、１９はダイス
、１９ａはダイス穴、２３は面押しポンチ（面押
しポンチ部）、２３ａは斜面である。
Claims (1)
- 絞り成形された製品のフランジをダイスとポン
チとの協働作用によつて縁切りするものにおいて
、前記ダイスのダイス穴内に、該ダイス穴の内周
面から内方に突出し且つダイス穴の開口端から適
宜の長さ奥まつた位置に存する端面が斜面状をな
す面押しポンチ部を設け、縁切りされたフランジ
の切断部のエツジを前記面押しポンチ部により押
圧して面取りする構成としたことを特徴とする縁
切型装置。
