ーザ通路から燃料が流出するのを防止する燃料漏
れ防止装置に関するものである。

以下本考案の実施例を第1図乃至第4図に基づ
いて詳細に説明する。第1図は図示されない車体
に装着された燃料タンク1を車体後方より視認し
た背面図であり、紙面に直角方向が車体前後方向
に一致している。第1図において燃料タンク1の
上面には燃料タンク1内のエアを排出するエアブ
リーザ通路2が設けられ同エアブリーザ通路は燃
料タンク1の側面延長線上を越えて延設されて図
示されない上端は大気に開放されている。さらに
上記エアブリーザ通路2の途中には水平面Sに対
する角度θを略45度で斜交する傾斜通路3が燃料
タンク1の外周部近傍に設けられ、同傾斜通路内
の一部は第1部材4と第2部材5とをネジ部6で
結合した弁7により形成されている。上記第1部
材4は円筒状かつ上端8は円錐台状に縮径する弁
室9を有し、同弁室には弁体である鋼球10が遊
挿され鋼球10が弁室9の上端8に移動するとエ
アブリーザ通路2を閉塞するようになつている。
さらに弁室9の下端に位置する第2部材5の上方
には断面矩形の開口11が断面円形の通路12に
連続して形成され同開口は鋼球10では閉塞でき
ないような大きさに形成されている。
