Claims (1)
- 一端を機台１１に回転自在に支持した筒状軸１
０の内部に２個のスライダー２３，２４を軸方向
に摺動自在に設けると共に、前記筒状軸１０の他
端の解放端側から該筒状軸の中心にねじ棒１８を
挿入し、該ねじ棒の前記筒状軸１０の解放端側に
おけるハンドル部分を該筒状軸の解放端側に回転
自在に支持すると共に、前記の一側のスライダー
２３の中心穴２６を前記ねじ棒１８に形成した右
ねじ２５と、前記の他側のスライダー２４の中心
穴２８を前記ねじ棒に形成した左ねじ２７とをそ
れぞれねじ係合する一方、前記機台１１側のスラ
イダー２３の周面から少なくとも３個以上の鈎形
爪３０，３０，３０を前記筒状軸１０の周面に形
成したスリツト３２，３２，３２の外へ突出させ
ると共に、前記の筒状軸１０の解放端側のスライ
ダー２４の周面に少なくとも３個以上の可動爪３
５，３５，３５をそれぞれピン３６，３６，３６
を介して回転自在に支持し、これら各可動爪３５
，３５，３５の先端の鈎形部分３７をスライダー
２４との間に設けたスプリング３９，３９，３９
の張力によつて筒状軸１０の周面に形成したスリ
