- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部に材からなる生物過床が設けられ、上
部に原水の散水管と逆流水の排出管が、また下部
に処理水の流出管と逆洗水の流入管が設けられた
接触槽を備えた生物過装置において、 前記逆洗水の排出管を液体サイクロンの流入口
に連結すると共に、該液体サイクロンの固形物流
出口を前記接触槽に連結したことを特徴とする生
物過装置。
