久磁石を備え鉄芯内を通る磁路の適所に形成され
たギヤツプ内に挿入されギヤツプ内を通る磁束に
対して略直交する面内の一直線上で往復移動自在
に配設された可動子と、可動子の往復方向の先端
部に固着され可動子の往復移動に伴なつて厚み方
向に振動するダイアフラムと、電磁石ブロツクと
ダイアフラムとが定位置に納装されるハウジング
とを具備し、ハウジングの周壁の一部とダイアフ
ラムとにより囲まれる圧縮室の適所に吸気弁と排
気弁とが設けられ、コイルに交番電流を通電する
ことにより発生する交番磁界と永久磁石との磁気
的相互作用により可動子が往復移動する電磁駆動
式ダイアフラムポンプにおいて、鉄芯は、主片の
両端に主片に直交して一対の側脚片が突設される
とともに主片の中間部に側脚片と同じ向きに中脚
片が突設されたE字状の第1鉄芯と、第1鉄芯の
両側脚片間を磁気的に橋絡するI字状の第2鉄芯
とからなり、第1鉄芯の中脚片は主片からの突出
量が両側脚片よりも小さく設定されていて中脚片
の先端面と第2鉄芯の中間部との間に上記ギヤツ
プが形成されて成ることを特徴とする電磁駆動式
