面Ｕ字形になつていてコイルを巻回され、その一
方の対辺の先端部が第１の磁極部となり、もう一
方の対辺の先端部が左右２つに分かれてそれぞれ
側方に折曲げることにより平面Ｕ字形になり、こ
の平面Ｕ字形の対辺部分が対向磁極部となり、コ
イルの励磁により第１の磁極部が対向磁極部と異
なる磁性を持つようになつている電磁石ブロツク
と、２つの磁性体片が永久磁石をその着磁方向両
端から挟んでなる接極子ブロツクとを備え、これ
ら両ブロツクは、前記対向磁極部の間に前記２つ
の磁性体片が挿入されるとともに、前記２つの磁
性体片の同側端部が前記第１の磁極部を間にして
