Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、イナートガスアーク溶接装置に使
用されるタングステン電極棒の自動研磨器に関す
るものである。

周知の通り、タングステン棒を電極とする溶接
装置においては、溶接中にその電極棒の先端部附
近に金属蒸気が附着したり、長期使用中に損耗し
て、アークの放射に不都合を生じる。

だし、その角度範囲は40゜〜70゜である。ところ
で、従来、このタングステン電極棒の研磨は、円
盤型のグラインダーにより、手作業で行つてい
る。そのため、作業能率は悪く、しかも仕上りが
不均一であるという欠点があつた。

いて、具体的に説明すると、固定フレーム1の前
面に、水平方向に移動調節のできる調整板2を取
付け、この調整板2の前面にタングステン電極棒
Tの挿通孔3を穿けた電極棒保持具4を取付け、
さらに前記固定フレーム1を手持式ベルトサンダ
ー5の手もと側上部に一体的に取付け、第1図で
示す通り、電極棒保持具4の挿通孔3に研磨すべ
き電極棒Tを挿通して保持させ、その保持した電
極棒Tの先端部をベルトサンダー5の研磨面に当
接させ、作業者が直接電極棒Tを手に持つことな
く、自動的に研磨できるように構成したものであ
る。

ーム内に差込み、固定フレーム1内にセツトした
調節螺軸9とそのブラケツト8のめねじ7と螺合
させ、調節螺軸9を操作することにより、電極棒
保持具4の位置を左右に移動させるように構成し
ている。

角度αを調整して手持式ベルトサンダー5に押圧
