配管の途中に配置した脱気器及び貯水タンクの下
流に設けられた給水ポンプを介して圧送する給水
の一部を、負荷の減少により給水ポンプ出口側か
ら貯水タンクに逃がすためのミニマムフロー配管
を有する脱気器用給水系統において、ミニマムフ
ロー配管の途中に設けた流量制御弁出口側から分
岐したプラント起動用配管を給水配管の脱気器入
口側に連通すると共に、プラント起動用配管及び
該プラント起動用配管の分岐点より下流のミニマ
ムフロー配管の途中に夫々遮断弁を配設してなる
