通する管が該揚水ポンプの吐出側で分岐されて開
閉及び減圧弁を介して給水箇所に接続されると共
に、前記管が前記揚水ポンプの吐出側で且つ前記
開閉弁及び減圧弁の上流側で逃がし弁を介して前
記受水槽と接続されていることを特徴とする給水
