Claims (1)
- 工作機械の主軸側に定めた計測基準位置に対し
揺動可能なアームに高精度スイツチを設け、前記
アームを前記計測基準位置に当てた状態で、刃物
台側のプローブもしくは切削工具を前記スイツチ
に当てることにより刃物台の位置を計測して、刃
物台の原点位置もしくは切削工具の位置を補正す
るようにしたことを特徴とする熱変位自動補正装
置。
