理炉は、炉体と発熱体と加熱空間とを有し、前記
加熱空間内に閉塞状態の炉内でロールの胴部を冷
却するための冷却ガス吹き込み用パイプを有し、
前記パイプの冷却ガス吹き出し口は前記ロールの
胴部の近傍に位置することを特徴とするものであ
