Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ころの転動を案内する軌道面およびその軌
道面に設けた鍔のころ案内面が高周波焼入れされ
た大型ころ軸受用の鍔付軌道輪において、上記焼
入れによつて軌道面上に形成されたソフトゾーン
部に周方向の長さがころの外径および前記鍔に形
成されたソフトゾーンの周方向長さより大きな円
弧状の凹部を形成したことを特徴とする大型ころ
軸受用の鍔付軌道輪。 (2) 前記凹部の周方向長さをＬ、鍔のソフトゾ
ーン部の周方向の長さをｌとしたとき、Ｌ≒１．
５〜２．０ｌになつていることを特徴とする実用
