圧に応動して変位する信号入力部材を有し、該信
号入力部材の変位量に応じて作動油圧を発生させ
る第2増幅部とを備えるサーボバルブにおいて、
前記信号入力部材及び信号出力部材の少なくとも
一方に永久磁石を取り付け、該永久磁石の磁気力
により前記信号入力部材の変位量を前記信号出力
部材にフイードバツクさせることを特徴とする電
油サーボバルブ。 (2) 前記永久磁石は前記信号入力部材に固設さ
れ、前記信号出力部材は該永久磁石の変位に追随
する磁性材料からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載の電油サーボバルブ。 (3) 前記信号入力部材に固設された永久磁石に
対向して前記信号出力部材に永久磁石が固設され
