ピストン部を駆動軸を介して連結し、この駆動軸
に設けたボールねじ部に増圧機本体に回転自在に
支承された歯車を螺合してこの歯車を所定時間経
過するたびに回転の向きが逆となるサーボモータ
に連結し、他方、各高圧シリンダの液室は液室へ
の流体流入を許容するチエツク弁を介して液圧ポ
ンプに接続すると共に、液室からの流体流出を許
容するチエツク弁を介して噴射ノズルに接続した
