【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の技術分野〕
この考案は車両運転室の壁体構造に関するもの

第1図は運転室1が車側方にはみ出している特
殊車両(コークス運搬車)の機関車正面図を示す
もので、この車両運転室1の従来の壁体構造は第
2図、第3図に示すように、外板2と柱構3、内
張り板6,6A,6B…から構成され、外板2と
柱構3は各々溶接されており、且つ数種類の電気
機器7,7A,7B…を取付けるために、前記外
板2の内面部に多数個の機器取付金具4を溶接し
ていた。そして組立時には外板2の内側に柱構3
の区画域に対応した大きさの断熱材5,5A,5
B…を挿入し、薄板の内張り板6,6A,6B…
で塞いだ後に、各電気機器7,7A,7B…を前
記内張り板6,6A,6B…の孔を介して機器取
付金具4のねじ孔に螺合されるボルトによつて締
付け固定していた。しかしながら、このような壁
体構造であると、外板2に柱構3と多数個の機器
取付金具4が溶接されるため、外板2に溶接歪が
多く発生し、この歪取り作業が大変であり、外板
2をきれいに仕上げることが困難であつた。また
組立時には断熱材5,5A,5B…を挿入する場
合、この断熱材に前記金具4と合致する多数の切
抜き孔を設けなければならず、この切抜き作業も
面倒であつた。更に、電気機器7,7A,7B…
の配線時には前記柱構3に設けた電線挿通孔から
電線8を第3図のように通さなければならないた
め、配線作業にも手間がかかる欠点があつた。ま
た、運転室内装及び外板塗装完了後も、仕様追加
等で運転室1内に機器を追加取付けしなければな
らない時があるが、その場合においても塗装が完
了している外板2に機器取付金具4を新たに追加
溶接して機器取付けを行なうので、外板2の歪発
生による修正及び塗装のやり直し等を行なわなけ
ればならない欠点があつた。

厚さ3〜9mm位の厚板で構成され、この厚板内張
り6′には断熱材5′,5A′,5B′…の挿入と電
線8の配線に必要な開口部9,9A,9B,9
C,9Dが設けられていると共に、この各開口部
の四隅部に電気機器7,7A,7B…を厚板内張
り6′にボルト11で直線締着固定するためのね
