形成した補強片を接着し、これらコンテナ及び補
強片の各シートを同時に貫通して後記の導電性テ
ープの幅にほぼ等しい長孔を穿孔し、基布の内外
面に導電性の合成樹脂層またはゴム層を積層して
なるシートをもつて形成した導電性テープを二つ
折りにして上記長孔に挿通し、その両端部分を両
方向に拡げてそれぞれ上記補強片に接着した帯電
