Claims (1)
ズル孔に連通した液路と、前記液体を吐出するた
めの熱エネルギーを発生する発熱抵抗体層および
該抵抗体層に電気的に接続された導体層とを有す
る基板とを備えたインクジエツトヘツドにおいて
、前記導体層を多層構造にするとともに前記抵抗
体層の発熱に寄与する部分と前記基板との間には
前記導体層を介在させないことを特徴とするイン
