るための演算回路と、該演算回路の出力と前記マ
グネトロンチユーナ位置検出機構からの出力を比
較する比較器と、該比較器の出力によりマグネト
ロンチユーナの駆動範囲を制限するマグネトロン
チユーナ駆動回路とを含むことを特徴とする線形
