Claims (1)
- 塗料が加圧状態で充填される塗料充填部、塗料
充填部から供給される加圧塗料を噴射する塗料噴
射ノズル、塗料充填部と塗料噴射ノズルの間に介
在される弁体および弁座とからなる塗料噴射弁、
および塗料噴射弁の弁体を弁座に対して接離する
噴射弁駆動部にてマーキングガンを構成し、かつ
該マーキングガンにおける噴射弁駆動部が格納さ
れるガン本体の中心線上に弁体の弁座に対する接
離軸線を設定するとともに、複数個の上記マーキ
ングガンを配設し、各マーキングガンの噴射弁駆
動タイミングを制御し、ドツト状マークを付する
マーキング装置において、少なくとも一部のマー
キングガンにおける塗料噴射弁の弁座に設けられ
る吐出流路の吐出口を、弁体の弁座に対する前記
接離軸線に対して傾斜する方向に指向配置し、上
記吐出口に真直状の前記塗料噴射ノズルを連通さ
せることを特徴とするマーキング装置。
